Kasun Tharaka Wickramasuriya is an Secretary of ISOC Sri Lanka chapter and working as a Consultant Project Officer at Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA) . As a Project Officer at ICTA, he mainly coordinates and manages ICT community development initiatives and eGovernment Capacity building projects. With the aim to build a digitally enabled country, he involves in different initiatives in government sector and community sector with the objective of providing strategic, technological & commercial foundation needed to encourage & promote use of all social media and emerging Information & Communication Technologies and develop an environment conductive to the achievement of the nation’s intellectual, cultural and social aspirations through ICT. He is also involving directly with policy development for Information Technology, community development and related Internet Governance activities to make Sri Lanka a Digitally inclusive coun
